General Terms and Conditions

After the name change from Nederland ICT to NLDigital in 2019, NLDigital introduces its new General Delivery Terms and Conditions in 2020. These General Delivery Terms and Conditions contain the basic rules for the contact between suppliers and clients in delivering products & services, including in the field of IT, SaaS solutions, office technology and (the development of) software and websites. The NLDigital General Delivery Terms and Conditions are the successor to the Nederland ICT terms published in 2014. The NLDigital Delivery Terms and Conditions have been deposited with the Court of Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.
